Guideline for Presentation
Below are some guidelines to help you prepare your presentation.
Equipment setup
Conference room is equipped with a standard audio-visual package that supports presentation.
The package includes the following items
- Full HD LCD Projector (1920 x 1080 resolution)
- Screen
- Microphone
- Moniter
- Mouse & Keyboard
- Laser Pointer
- Windows 11
- Power Point 2021
Presentation Preview
Presentation Preview is imperative for every presenter.
- Please come to the preview desk at least 1 hour before the beginning of your session.
- The Presentation Preview Desk is set in front of the conference room.
- Technical supports concerning electronic presentation are available there.
- Presenters will need to bring USB or their own laptops for their presentation.
- If you are a presenter using your own laptop, please make sure you have brought the AC adapter of your PC.
- The standard power voltage in Japan is 100V. If your AC adapter does not match this power voltage, you will have to bring a voltage inverter with you.
- The video output terminal is HDMI. Please bring a conversion adapter if necessary.

Presentation
- Please arrive at the conference room at least 15 minutes before your session begins.
- Presenters will have to operate their slides by themselves during the presentation, though presentationtechnical support is available In the conference room.
- When presenting, please speak slowly and clearly so as to make your presentation better understood.
- Be sure to come early to your session. You, or one of your co-authors, MUST be present during the start of the session.
